Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning
Take learners through 5 minutes jogging to warm the body up
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
Demonstrate as leaners observe
Guide Learner to stand straight and hold on to another person. Stand slowly on tip toe and move as high as possible and distribute body weight on toes. Organize competition for learners and use time to declare winners base on how long a member of the group loses a balance. For this activity, learners use low wooden bench, beanbag and woven mat to practise balance and weight transfer safely while handling the beanbag over the mat.

Have learners to practice individually and in groups.

Assessment: Organize mini game for learners for fun and enjoyment.
