Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning
Learners go through general and specific warm-ups.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
Demonstrate a safe neutral grip with locally made table-tennis paddles and show the ready position. Learners rehearse forehand and backhand movements without a ball first. At a table with improvised net, learners work in pairs to tap lightweight table-tennis balls using controlled forehand and backhand pushes. They progress to gentle drives only after consistent control. Pairs count successful returns and keep other learners clear of the table. The teacher corrects grip, stance and follow-through.
Phase 3plenary / reflections
Learners to practice individually and in groups. Help those who finds it difficult and help them Assessment: Organize mini game for learners for fun and enjoyment. Take learners through cool down to end the lesson
