Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning
Learners go through adequate warm-up.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
Arrange plastic-bottle cones in a straight line and use sticks of chalk to mark a start line and stopping stations. Explain the route before movement begins. On a single whistle signal, learners walk through the spaces and stop at each station to change direction. Repeat with a controlled jog and then a run according to ability. Use a double whistle signal to stop everyone immediately. Learners explain how controlled stopping and direction changes support safe rhythmic movement.

Learners to practice individually and in groups. Help those who finds it difficult and help them Assessment: Organize mini game for learners for fun and enjoyment. Take learners through cool down to end the lesson
