Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning
Learners go through warm ups to make the body flexible for performance.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
Two learners turn a long skipping rope slowly while a third practises entering, making simple rhythmic steps and leaving safely. Rotate roles only after the rope has stopped. Arrange plastic-bottle cones as low spaced obstacles and place a woven landing mat beyond them. Learners step or hop over the cones and land with control on the mat. Learners practise at their own ability level while the teacher checks spacing, rhythm and safe landings. Increase difficulty only when control is secure.
Phase 3plenary / reflections
Learners to practice individually and in groups. Help those who finds it difficult and help them Assessment: Organize mini game for learners for fun and enjoyment. Take learners through cool down to end the lesson
