Recap previous knowledge about the migration. Quick brainstorm: What do you already know about the migration? Introduction to today's objectives regarding the migration. Mental drill or quick quiz related to the migration.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
1. Narrate the migration from Mecca to Medina (The Hijra). 2. Discuss the establishment of the first Muslim community in Medina. 3. Describe the Prophet’s return to Mecca and his final sermon. 4. Legacy: Focus on his teachings of peace, patience, and devotion to Allah.
Phase 3plenary / reflections
Summarize what we learned today about the migration. Oral assessment: Answer key questions on the migration. Learners share one new thing they found out about the migration. Check for understanding and wrap up the week on the migration.
