Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning Play games and recite rhymes that learners are familiar with to begin the lesson.
Ask learners questions to review their understanding in the previous lesson | Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment Learners use a hand mirror to observe familiar human features and discuss abilities such as communication, creativity, reasoning and responsible choice.
Groups examine printed photographs of Ghanaian children with local animals. They compare observable features and behaviours respectfully and discuss human responsibility to care for other creatures.
