Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning

Recap previous knowledge about their artworks. Quick brainstorm: What do you already know about their artworks? Introduction to today's objectives regarding their artworks. Mental drill or quick quiz related to their artworks.

Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment

1. Teach the 'Sandwich Method' of feedback: Positive comment -> Area for improvement -> Encouraging closing. 2. Display works in groups of four. 3. Activity: Learners write one 'Sandwich' feedback note for each person in their group. 4. Discussion: How does it feel to hear what others like about your work?

Phase 3plenary / reflections

Summarize what we learned today about their artworks. Oral assessment: Answer key questions on their artworks. Learners share one new thing they found out about their artworks. Check for understanding and wrap up the week on their artworks.
