Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning
Recap previous knowledge about different types of traditional. Quick brainstorm: What do you already know about different types of traditional? Introduction to today's objectives regarding different types of traditional. Mental drill or quick quiz related to different types of traditional.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
1. Introduce major dances: Adowa (Akan), Kpanlogo (Ga), Agbadza (Ewe), Bamaya (Dagomba). 2. Discuss the occasions for these dances (funerals, festivals, durbars). 3.
