Recap previous knowledge about POEMS. Quick brainstorm: What do you already know about POEMS? Introduction to today's objectives regarding POEMS. Mental drill or quick quiz related to POEMS.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
Explain the theme and meaning of a selected local poem. Model the correct pronunciation and intonation for the recital. Guide learners to recite the poem in groups and individually. Discuss the importance of poems in preserving local culture and history.
