Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning
Recap previous knowledge about the life cycle of a bird. Quick brainstorm: What do you already know about the life cycle of a bird? Introduction to today's objectives regarding the life cycle of a bird. Mental drill or quick quiz related to the life cycle of a bird.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
Use a wall chart to show the stages: Egg -> Hatching -> Chick -> Adult Hen/Rooster. Discuss how the animal changes at each stage (size, feathers).
