Recap previous knowledge about Data. Quick brainstorm: What do you already know about Data? Introduction to today's objectives regarding Data. Mental drill or quick quiz related to Data.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
Show how to record these counts in a simple table on the board. Have learners move around to collect data on their friends' favorite colors and record the numbers in their own drawn tables.
Phase 3plenary / reflections
