Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning Engage learners to sing songs and play games to get them ready for lesson. Use questions and answers to review learners understanding in the previous lesson. | Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment Display a Bible and identify it as the sacred scripture used during Christian worship. Learners handle or observe it respectfully and name familiar church activities connected with it.
Groups study printed photographs of worship in a local Ghanaian church and match Christian worship-action cards showing prayer, Bible reading, singing, preaching and giving.
Learners arrange the action cards into a possible worship sequence and dramatise selected actions respectfully.
