Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning

Review safety when using scissors. Show an example of an assemblage.

Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment

Learners gather their materials. Cut shapes out of the colored paper. Glue the paper shapes and leaves onto a backing board to create a scene.

Phase 3plenary / reflections

Display the finished works on the table. Discuss the challenges of gluing different materials.
