Tell leaners stories about creation. | Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment Discuss with learners the creation of humankind (Islamic version of creation). -Who were the first people God created? -Who was created first? Let learners tell creation stories Of how Allah created the world. Explain why Allah created human beings: to take care of other creatures to worship and serve Him, etc
For this activity, learners use Bible and Qur’an, printed creation-story picture cards and printed photographs of Ghanaian children to examine religious creation accounts and discuss why humankind was created. | Phase 3plenary / reflections Ask learners questions to review their understanding of the lesson. Have learners write 3 facts of the lesson on a sheet of paper and it in their pockets and learn it on their way home. |
