Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning
Recap previous knowledge about a read passage. Quick brainstorm: What do you already know about a read passage? Introduction to today's objectives regarding a read passage. Mental drill or quick quiz related to a read passage.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
Recite the alphabet both as a group and individually to reinforce letter recognition. Read texts aloud with a focus on correct pronunciation and tone, taking turns to ensure participation. Distribute textbooks and read assigned pages collectively and individually to enhance comprehension. Answer questions and engage in word and sentence games for assessment and understanding of the text.
