B1.2.1.3.1 – Observe the disappearance of mist and pools of water after rains

Introduction

After the rain, there are pools of water on the ground. Later in the day, the sun comes out. The pools become smaller and then disappear.

1. Puddles Dry Up

Puddle: A small pool of water on the ground after rain.

The heat of the sun dries up the water.

The water goes up into the air. We cannot see it.
