Recap previous knowledge about in the country. Quick brainstorm: What do you already know about in the country? Introduction to today's objectives regarding in the country. Mental drill or quick quiz related to in the country.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
Conduct a role play on the justification of the riot. Assess by having learners explain post-WWII discontent. Guide learners to create a poster linking the boycott of European goods, February 28th shootings, and 1948 riots. Assess by reviewing the completed posters for understanding of historical connections.
