Let learners write sentences using full stops effectively. Write questions on the board using question marks appropriately. Encourage learners to recognize and use the question marks appropriately in writing. write a piece on the board and call learners to put in the correct punctuations For this activity, learners use locally made punctuation cards, sentence strips about local life and exercise books and pencils to place the correct marks in the sentence strips and write punctuated sentences of their own.
