Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning

Recap previous knowledge about colors. Quick brainstorm: What do you already know about colors? Introduction to today's objectives regarding colors. Mental drill or quick quiz related to colors.

Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment

Take a short walk outside. Ask learners to find different shapes (oval leaves, rectangular bricks) and colors (brown soil, yellow flowers). Discuss how nature is a source of art ideas.

Phase 3plenary / reflections

Summarize what we learned today about colors. Oral assessment: Answer key questions on colors. Learners share one new thing they found out about colors. Check for understanding and wrap up the week on colors.
